| Background:
Shenethia is a native Oklahoman with extensive background in law, education and program administration. She has taught numerous courses to numerous para-professionals and conducted workshops on cultural diversity and multicultural issues. She receives her B.S. in Education and Social Studies Form the University of Oklahoma and her JD from the University of Texas. She is currently perusing her Masters of Divinity from Philips Theological Seminary.
Currently employed at Rose State College, Shenethia has several duties, including Presidential Advisor on Minority Affairs. She is responsible for spearheading the collage's initiatives in Intercultural Communication and Education.
Main Focus:
Bridging the chasm between people and people groups and facillitating healing through forgiveness and reconcilliation is the primary focus of the workshops and seminars presented. Shenetha has intrest in, and has done reasearch on, the past and current interactions between Afraican Americans, Jewish Americans and Native Americans. She has particular interest in the manner in which these relationships have ebbed and flowed in the American South.
Availability:
She is available to conduct interactive workshops and seminars and to address groups on intercultural education. Each session is tailored to meet the needs of an audience.
