Background

Greg has a background in Human Resources and non-profit management. He helped to develop a Valuing Diversity course for the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission’s 1500 employees. He has done work to help organizations address issues of retention, discipline and recruitment. In addition, he has spoken to educators and student groups on the topic of diversity.

Main Focus

Valuing Diversity by examining and understanding our own cultural values, how we can improve our cross-cultural communication skills and build better organizations and relationships.

Offerings

An inter-active workshop, which includes many activities to spur conversation and establish plans to gauge cultural competence.

Availability

Greg facilitates workshops for groups and organizations throughout Oklahoma. He is also available to travel for out of state workshops.
