Main Focus
Running and walking are extremely invigorating and fun ways to embrace diversity. Through energizing movement workshops in schools, senior citizen's gatherings, and community fun runs, Mark inspires a healthy form of inclusion to diversity celebrations. By teaming children and adults who have special needs with non-special needs people, a bond is developed among participants that brings about a better understanding of the lives of those involved.
