Mary Anne Potter
Author-Herbalist-Motivational Speaker

Main Focus
Mary Anne believes that it is with the sharing of food that barriers are broken down. When people come together at the same table, cultural boundaries are transcended. For the past twenty years, Mary Anne has spoken to a wide variety of groups throughout the United States about herbs and related subjects. Mary Anne believes that life becomes richer and healthier through the use of herbs in all aspects of daily living: culinary, aromatherapy, crafts, medicinal uses, and cosmetics.

In workshops and classes, Mary Anne has taught men, women, and children throughout the United States the basics of growing herbs, cooking with herbs, and the use of herbs in bath and beauty products. Classes have been both stimulating workshops where the participants "make and take" herbal products or challenging instruction on the uses of herbs throughout history.
