Through hands-on arts activities, Willie Koenig teaches percussion, music, and dance, showing the ties between these art forms and their cultures.  He has used Latin American, African and Stomp-style percussion as the musical base for exploration.  By learning an instrument and playing together, the students develop confidence and healthy group interaction skills.
